Welcome to #L&SR’s #Wednesday’s Blog Challenge 3-4-2020 Characters that Remind Me of Myself & Why
Welcome to #L&SR’s #Wednesday’s Blog Challenge 3-4-2020 Characters that Remind Me of Myself & Why. Wow, had to think on that one for a bit. Please have a seat, grab a hot chocolate and chocolate chip cookie. Lets get started.,
First character that comes to mind is my own Mercy from Mystic Maples. Her curiosity is always getting her into trouble. Yeah, I claim that character trait. Mom insisted that I would outgrow it. Wrong! My overactive imagination combined with curiosity is a potent combination for a paranormal, romance, mystery writer. Anything can happen and usually does.
Next character would be Bo from TroubleMaker, by Linda Howard. Strong of character, smart, loyal, and wary.
Let’s move on to TV characters, Judge Lola Carmichael on All Rise. Our physical characteristics may be different, but our search for truth, unwavering commitment, and feistiness fit to a T.
Movies, Wonderwoman – Gal Gadot – Yeah don’t we all wish. LOL Anyway, stubborn, loyal, determined. We share those traits.
So there you have it,Characters that Remind Me of Myself & Why!
Alas, I must return to my writing cave where deadlines loom on a new WIP (very exciting) so let’s see what other authors list which Characters that Remind Me of Myself and Why. L&SR
Which character reminds you of you? Please list them in the comments.
Pssst… While you’re here, don’t forget to check out my paranormal romance/mysteries click here.
One of my favorite books, A WARLOCK’S SECRETS e-book is on sale for 99¢ beginning on Friday 3-6-20. Yippee!! Writing this book was an adventure in and of itself. A Warlock’s Secrets came to fruition after several readers and a couple of reviewers asked or assumed Tristian’s story was next in the Demon’s Witch Series. In truth, I’d never considered writing his story. He was the Demon Overlords enforcer/assassin, for heaven’s sake. After delving into who he really is and what he wants, come to find out, he has a strong moral compass and when love comes his way he is fiercely protective and everything Hannah is looking for in a forever relationship. A Warlock’s Secrets, second book in the Demon’s Witch Series is on sale for 99¢ for a limited time.!Join in the adventure and download your copy today!
Years ago, a sacred ceremony at the Dragon’s Moon Coven turned deadly. Son of the high priestess, Tristian Shandie’s life changed forever. With a price on his head and revenge in his heart, he has no choice but to follow in his father’s footsteps to a profession shrouded in secrets. Now his skills as an enforcer for the Demon Overlord are second to none. But dangerous secrets he harbors are a liability he can no longer afford.
A chance meeting with a woman he finds irresistible flips Tristian’s world upside down. Hannah is a cyber security specialist with secrets of her own. Bad boys never appealed to her until Tristian, who changes everything. In his darkest hours, she is dragged into his magical world.
If they survive, is she strong enough to heal his heart and tame the warlock? Or will their secrets destroy them?
Thanks for popping in. I really appreciate it. Then next week, March 11th, we take a look at One skill I wish I had but don’t. Boy that’s going to be interesting!

I always loved Wonder Woman for the example she set for young women. That and Lynda Carter was amazing.

Mine, too! Haha – I do that constantly, usually to my kids’ amusement. 🙂
Oooh, nice choices! (Yes, even Wonder Woman. That moment where she decides that she’s just going to Do The Thing, and to heck with practicality? Yeah.)
