A little about A MAGIC REDEMPTION – Even with magic, finding your place in the world proves more difficult than imagined especially when someone is out for revenge.

Synn, a demon, carries extraordinary magic and power, but there is more within her than she dreams. Kidnapped as a child, her captors murdered her family and forced her into training as a warrior assassin. When an assignment goes horribly wrong, she finds herself at the mercy of the friends and family of her intended target.  Offering valuable information in exchange for protection, she gains her freedom, but it is not without its challenges.

Gavin Shaughnessy is the publican at his family’s Irish pub.  He is certain Synn is meant to be his and isn’t bothered by her past.  He must find a way to convince her, their future together is stronger than the dark memories that haunt her dreams.

When her past comes calling for revenge, will their love survive the raging inferno she brings down upon them? Or will the searing path of destruction destroy all they hold dear?

A peek between the pages of A Magic Redemption:

“Including one hell of a New Year’s Grand re-opening bash. The whole town will be at the celebration, so…”

“I like it. But I don’t see how that is possible.” Tim scratched the top of his head. “You were there—you saw.” He took the new bottle of good whiskey, poured three fingers, and downed half of it. “Hellva night.”

“Like I told Gavin. Magic destroyed the pub. Magic will rebuild it.” He held up a hand. “Before you argue appearances. Let me set out our plans.”

Though she’d eaten half of the food on her plate, her head pounded, peripheral vision faded in and out as the women clamored around, asking questions, and admiring her ring. Their faces blurred, voices faded, and her legs buckled. A strong hand at her elbow and Angie’s soft voice whispered. “I think you better sit down. The magic aftermath is hitting you.” Angie guided her to the recliner in front of the fireplace. “Could I get a glass of water over here and a blanket?”

Synn turned her head toward the tinkling sound of ice in water. Matiah grabbed the pitcher of ice water from the dining table and poured it into a tumbler on the end of the table. She carried the glass over to her. “Here you go, darlin’.”

She took several sips. The room quit spinning and her vision started to come back into focus. “What was that… Never felt like that.”

“Wielding too much magic, power, and Fae weapons all at the same time.”

“Not sure I want to do that again.” Sweat trickled down her temple, she wiped it away with the back of her hand.

“You have no choice.”
