#L&SR’s #Wednesday’s Blog Challenge 3.11.20 One Skill I Wish I Had But Don’t
Welcome to #L&SR’s #Wednesday’s Blog Challenge 3-4-2020 One Skill I Wish I had But Don’t. Wow, so many so little time. LOL Please have a seat, grab a hot chocolate and chocolate chip cookie. Lets get started.,
My spatial concept abilities are terrible. Someone will describe something to me in detail but unless I can see a picture of it, I can’t envision it. Is that a skill?
Painting or drawing. Here, i have the opposite problem. I see this beautiful picture in my mind, and am unable to put it on paper or canvas. I am so jealous or in awe of those who have the artistic ability.
So there you have it, one skill, ok I cheated and listed two, I wish I had but don’t!
Alas, I must return to my writing cave where deadlines loom on a new WIP (very exciting and coming along very well) so let’s see what other authors list as their One Skill I Wish I had But Don’t . L&SR
What one or maybe two skills do you wish you had but don’t Please list them in the comments.
Pssst… While you’re here, don’t forget to check out my paranormal romance/mysteries click here.
One of my favorite award winning books, A WARLOCK’S SECRETS e-book is on sale for 99¢. Yippee!! Writing this book was an adventure in and of itself. A Warlock’s Secrets came to fruition after several readers and a couple of reviewers asked or assumed Tristian’s story was next in the Demon’s Witch Series. In truth, I’d never considered writing his story. He was the Demon Overlords enforcer/assassin, for heaven’s sake. After delving into who he really is and what he wants, come to find out, he has a strong moral compass and when love comes his way he is fiercely protective and everything Hannah is looking for in a forever relationship. A Warlock’s Secrets, second book in the Demon’s Witch Series is on sale for 99¢ for a limited time.!Join in the adventure and download your copy today!
Years ago, a sacred ceremony at the Dragon’s Moon Coven turned deadly. Son of the high priestess, Tristian Shandie’s life changed forever. With a price on his head and revenge in his heart, he has no choice but to follow in his father’s footsteps to a profession shrouded in secrets. Now his skills as an enforcer for the Demon Overlord are second to none. But dangerous secrets he harbors are a liability he can no longer afford.
A chance meeting with a woman he finds irresistible flips Tristian’s world upside down. Hannah is a cyber security specialist with secrets of her own. Bad boys never appealed to her until Tristian, who changes everything. In his darkest hours, she is dragged into his magical world.
If they survive, is she strong enough to heal his heart and tame the warlock? Or will their secrets destroy them?
Thanks for popping in. I really appreciate it. Then next week, March 11th, we take a look at One skill I wish I had but don’t. Boy that’s going to be interesting!

Being able to paint or draw would be amazing!
My post.
Wouldn’t it it be fantastic. I’ll never know. People don’t even recognize my stick figures. LOL Thanks for stopping by!
Skill I don’t possess: Being able to work all the remotes to turn on the TV 🙂 (My husband makes it look easy…)
Remote challenged. I was too until my hubby went on a business trip for several days. I had to learn or no TV. Yep, learned. Even learned to use the DVR. LOL Thanks for stopping by and sharrng!
I’ve always wanted to paint and draw, Tena. I’m in awe of those that can capture a vision onto canvas. Great post.
Here’s mine: https://www.marymorganauthor.com/post/long-and-short-reviews-weekly-blog-challenge-03-11-20
Something else we share the desire to be able to paint or draw. Thanks for stopping by.
I’m a flop when it comes to spatial relations as well. My husband was a drafter for an engineer so it was easy for me. Me? I can’t even visualize how my house is when I’m not in it. Haha.
Wow, I understand completely! Thanks for popping in Aymee!
There are other ways of being artistic without drawing or painting. https://pmprescott.blogspot.com/2020/03/wednesday-challenge-031120.html
You are right. I paint pictures and stories with my words, but, still would like to be able to paint on canvas. LOL
I’m bad at giving directions. I can give them via landmarks, but roads and addresses? I’m in trouble. Lol! Good post.
Same here. Thanks for the kind words and for stopping by! I greatly appreciate it!
I’d love to have artistic ability. My daughter seems to have that gene, but not from me.
I wish I was better at keeping my house clean and tidy. I know this is not exactly a skill but it might as well be for me.
I totally understand. I wish they’d invent a self-cleaning house! LOL At least the irobot does my vacuuming. Yippee!
Good luck with your deadline, Tena. I’m on one too and desperately trying not to panic. Speaking of which, back to it!
